"Lovely accomodation with outside patio and shaded area. Cool for the summer and with underfloor heating to take the chill off the tiles throughout the year. A little noisy at night but it didn't spoil our week. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away and there are walks in the forest so you can walk for miles. The trains to Pisa, Viareggio and Lucca are cheap and the station is a 15 minute walk away. The supermarket is very close and there are other shops on the doorstep, as well as...

"Pros: La gentilezza della host, nell’appartamento c’era proprio tutto: indispensabile x cucina e bagno, una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo, cialde per il caffè, tostapane, phon, spazio lavanderia, aria condizionata, arredo minimal ma di gusto. "A very nice property that serves a great purpose as a base to visit the sights around, as well as not too far from the sea. The only negative is the WiFi was patchy and seemed to favour the side of the house where you spend less time, but all in all a great property for the price."
