"We had an excellent time here. The place is very quaint and was just perfect for the two of us and our little dog. The best thing was steps to the awesome beach. We were close to town and a little grocery store at the end of the block. Bigger one down about 1km and downtown area with some fun dining experiences. The hosts were great and very welcoming. "This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

"The house itself is perfectly located in a quiet residential area, with easy parking and access, backing onto the glorious plage itself, with a well equipped kitchen and air conditioning in every room. A delightful patio and deck face the sea, while the town is a pleasant kilometre walk along the promenade, offering plenty of entertainment for all ages. It’s a family resort and perfect for that. Unfortunately it is managed and maintained by a 3rd party that sees the villa’s charms as an opportunity for grift. Do not sign any extra-Vrbo contracts when pressured to do so. Do not agree to pay supplementary charges to the concierge. A pleasant family holiday was followed by a series of threatening and offensive communications demanding money. On balance therefore, we would recommend Valras Plage as a destination, but advise prospective guests to look for accommodation elsewhere in the town. "
