Notre spacieux gîte de 68 m² peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il se situe au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison avec entrée indépendante et comprend : une pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte et aménagée et équipée, 2 chambres avec rangement, une salle de douche, WC indépendant, une terrasse privée et intime au pied de la forêt

Situé au cœur du parc régional des monts d'Ardèche, à 5 min d'Aubenas et 40 min de Vallon Pont d'Arc, Vals les Bains vous accueille avec sa station thermale de charme, son casino et ses parcs où vous pourrez pratiquer multiples activités et vous ressourcer. Notre gite, idéalement situé au calme dans une impasse, en bordure de forêt, à 5 min à pied de la rivière Ardèche avec sa plage surveillée.

Ruhige Lage, nur die Stechmücken waren sehr nervig!
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und zum kleinen Strand der Ardèche. WLAN und Ausstattung sind top!

Prima 2in1 verblijf in een hele prettige omgeving.
We hebben hier een heel goed verblijf gehad. Schoonmaak had wel beter gekund, hier waren we niet tevreden over. Als er andere vakantiengangers in het andere deel zitten hoor je ze heel goed. Wel jammer als ze een verloren voetbal wedstrijd kijken of de kleine kinderen tot 23u30 rond rennen. Uiteindelijk heeft het de pret niet gedrukt, hebben we genoten van de vakantiedagen en het zeer complete huisje! Eigenaar reageerde altijd netjes en snel op vragen, communicatie gaat heel goed.Tips voor verbetering is een nieuwe schoonmaker met minder fouten en horen voor de ramen om insecten buiten te houden.
