"Didier and his wife were the perfect hosts. The property is brand new! We were the first to stay. Absolute luxury and convenience. We stayed in winter but we would return for summer to use the pool. Perfect location in Umbria to go to Siena Assisi and Gubbio. Foligno is centrally located and the house was perfect for 6 of us. We will return!!"

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. "No complaints from my family and I. The house is beautiful and has a great town view from the mountain. I really enjoyed driving the roads leading up to the home. A true Italian adventure. We also enjoyed making paste with Bararabra and her mother. We enjoyed listening to music and making the meal of a 4 hour period. We intend to return"

"We were a group of 18 people all related, with 8 young cousins aged 3 - 10. The site is ideal for such a group, with the springboard over the swimming pool a special attraction. Perugia & Assissi were voted best outings, although the myriad sporting activities on site - including a cut down football field for a five a side championship - made for a perfect holiday. "Terrific location, comfortable & relaxing. Unfortunately a number of aspects detracted from the quality of a delightful place. Kitchen was very poorly equipped & many basic items were not provided e.g. simple cleaning materials, rubbish bags, chopping board, serving utensils, wine glasses etc etc. The table was broken & wobbly, kitchen lighting terrible. Poor value for money."

"We enjoyed our week vacation with friends at this beautiful villa. The location was perfect for our day trips to several of the surrounding towns. We had several meals outside on the large patio with expansive views of the Umbrian countryside. The two houses provided lots of room and privacy for all of the couples.
