"This attractive apartment is full of character and is exactly as shown in the photographs.It is in a quiet location with views over the valley, with a balcony and large windows making it light and airy in the living space. Everything was in good condition and the apartment was extremely well equipped, having everything you could need. If you want to use the garage, then you will need a small car (or one with a better turning circle than ours) in order to get into one of the bays, but there is some space to park outside. We drove down to the gondola, where parking was free. But if you want to walk (about 20 minutes), there is ski hire and lockers for rent at the gondola, so you could leave all your gear there. In conclusion, this is a lovely and attractive apartment that we recommend. Thank you for renting it to us. "

"My family and I (wife and two teenage daughters) stayed at this lovey accommodation for a week in February half term. The location in Valtournenche is perfect, with free parking in a large public car park just a 50 meter walk. The apartment was perfect and had all the amenities that were needed. The view from the rear veranda was fantastic. The open plan living space (kitchen, dinner and lounge) worked really well. The two bedrooms and bathroom are off this space (which can be separated by a large sliding door if required). We skied at Valtournenche and Cervinia. We had our own car so did not use the busses (but they ran very regularly from just across the road (approximately every 20 minutes). The drive to the Valtournenche ski lift was less than five minutes and took about 10 minutes to Cervinia. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it. Excellent communications with Riccardo and Stefania which made the booking process very easy. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely book again if I return to the area. "

"We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is quite old fashioned, but we liked this. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, the beds and sofas were comfortable and the shower water was always hot. It is a short walk into town and there are some nice short cuts. Communication with the owner was very good before and during the stay. "

"Great communication from Stefano prior and during our visit, including restaurant recommendations. Clear instructions of where to park, store skis and where the bins are located. We booked two apartments for our group, Dansketinde and Kanjut Sat. Both were spacious and clean with great amenities and had everything for our 3 night stay. The sofa bed was also the most comfortable sofa bed I have slept on.The accommodation is located approx. 10min walk (or 2-3min drive) from the gondola station. It was also approx. 10min walk to some bars, restaurants and shops which is ideal.There is a small car park located 4mins walk (en route to the gondola car park) where you can join the end of Red Run 1 which saves having to carry skis down to the gondola station if you plan to walk. You can also finish the day here making it quicker to walk back to the apartment.I would recommend staying at Esprit Carrel for family and friends and look forward to visiting again soon."

"Perfect location for a ski trip as you're just at a 2 min walk from the slopes. Also very convenient to have a garage where we could leave all the ski equipment behind.Busy road thoughIt's a pity that there aren't any outside furniture to enjoy sunny weather, we had to take the kitchen chairs outside.Isolation of the doors of the bedrooms was not sufficient.No big supermarket close by, had to buy everything in the small (pricy) supermarket.But we would return to this accommodation in the future."
