"Clean room, but had broken towel bars in bathroom and needs some updating. Front desk staff at check in was really friendly and were really helpful any time we went down for more towels. Breakfast was OK but many other guests were awful (no fault of the hotel), with bare feet, skimpy pajamas, bad hygiene, coughing over food, and overall rudeness. I wish there was at least a sign that shoes are required in a place where people eat. Hot tub was out of service and pool was horribly dirty. Early in the season, so maybe it’s not part of their regular cleaning schedule yet. Overall, it was a good experience. "

"The location and amenities of the Sonesta Resort are excellent! You could honestly stay and have the beach, pools, watch turtles, rent bikes and more without ever leaving. Food choices were ok but better options not too far away even by bike. Beach access and very low cost chair, umbrella rentals for the beach. Pools were good size and seating was extremely comfy. Biking and walking trails were serene and safe, well thought out. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back. "

" Okay hotel Food not so good not alot selection For upcharge of resort fee didnt offer anything Umbrellas on beach had to rent so that wasnt good either, rooms not clean either especially bathtub, then kids were screaming up and down hallway Then check in we reserved kingbed they gavebus 2 queen bed No chairs available for pool, they had cabanas yeah 300!!:rental how about no cabanas and more pool seating!!"

"My particular room had a strong moldy/musty smell. I was on the first floor and it was very loud. I left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. Unfortunately, there was an incident that involved a fire truck and several police cars that occurred late at night which was disruptive and concerning. The front desk clerk though very nice and accommodated me with an early check in was deathly sick and should have been home. I am a cancer patient and have a weak immune system. My toilet was running as well which I could hear all night. Over priced for what you get. "

"Beth was amazing, she responded quickly to my texts. Beach view was beautiful. We took many walks soaking up the wonderful sunshine. The pool and hot tub were the best. The house was great. It would have been nice to have coffee filters ready for us to use( unfortunately that wasn’t on our grocery list)"

"Great property and location on a private and quiet cul de sac, just a short walk from the beach and not far to walk, bike or drive to Coligny Plaza where there is a grocery store, restaurants and shops. This property is ideal for families with a 4th bedroom and bath over the garage for the kids or teenagers and even a game room. The property was well equipped and well stocked. I’m glad we selected this VRBO for our visit to Hilton Head"

"There was no beach view, but it was easily accessible. We had two youngsters with us and they enjoyed the stay as well. This was a very quiet area, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of room for all of us (6 total).Food area worked well (refrigerator, stove, etc.). Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable.This was well-located in terms of where we were on the island. Short drives to places we wanted to go: another beach, shops, restaurants, play-lands for the kids."
