"This is a great property for families. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out when they want and a big family room with a large flat screen tv, room for lots of seating and games. Property owner very communicative and helpful and comfy beds. It was our family Christmas house and it worked perfectly."

"Location in Alexandria is ideal for exploring DC area. 7 minute drive to Huntington Metro stop with parking. Some issue at check in from previous guests, but was host on top of providing solutions. Lower floor with 2 double beds provided excellent location for cousin's slumber parties. Quiet neighborhood with driveway for parking."

Our only concern was the expensive cleaning fee since there were ants in the kitchen and toenails and large clumps of hair on the living room carpet. We did our own clean up before the girls settled in so the cleaning fee should have been (at least partially) refunded."

"The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and met our needs as far as type of beds and rooms. The master bed was awesome -- It slept great! Appliances were first class. The soap in the showers were a nice touch. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood too. The main issue was the bed in the basement breaking down in the middle of the night. The fact that they had propped up the bed frame with a basketball proved they knew it was broken. They even had a extra frame and headboard in another...

"The good: great location, lots of great restaurants & 30m from DC. Observations: the door code is not changed between guests and that is a security concern for me. Driveway is steep & no way to turn around if you have larger SUV, as I did. I had to back up driveway because it was safer than trying to back out, especially at night. There are no exterior lights on the rental side and we had use phone light to see keypad. There are doors and windows on the upper level without blinds so, at night,...

"This is a perfect place for a family wanting to tour DC. Rebecca is incredibly responsive. The house is laid out well for a family. It was way more cost-effective than renting 2 hotel rooms. It is clean and well kept. My kids had a few good battles on the foosball table. Highly recommend!"
