The staff were friendly and helpful, they informed me that I had mistakenly paid for two people instead of one, though they refused to return the exra money. The room they gave me was clean but very old and it didnt look like the photos I had seen on the website. Also, it had no balcony because the rooms you see on the website are the ones located in front of the building but the ones on the back are much more gloomy and they are older. The room was quite clean though. The breakfast was excellent and you could have it on the terrace, overlooking the city of one. And the hotel was placed in a good location in the city. Wouldn't go back there though.

Istedimiz gibi olmadı

Temizlik açısından kesinlikle bişeyler yapılması gerekli. Rahat etmediğim için duşa bile giremedim.Sadece gece uyuyup sabahta ortalama bir kahvaltıyla ayrıldık.

Good service, but noisy

The service was great. They were very helpful to address any concerns. But the walls were very thin (we could hear the television and coughing from neighboring rooms very easily). The nearby mosque was very loud, and there was a loud machine creating a rumbling sound on and off throughout the night. We switched to an interior-facing room, which was better. But we ended up switching to a different hotel.

Konumu ve hizmetleri için tercih edebilirsiniz

Otelin Konumu gayet iyi. Temizlik iyi. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Kısacası hiç düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz. Tekrar Van’a gidersem tercih ederim.
