"I recently stayed at Sonesta Suites, and while most aspects of my stay were fine, the breakfast experience could be improved. Around 7am, the staff member working the breakfast area appeared visibly frustrated while restocking and cleaning, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I asked for utensils for sanitation when handling boiled eggs, and while they were provided, I was then questioned about whether I was taking more eggs. I explained it was for myself and one other person, but the interaction felt unnecessary and came across as unwelcoming. Additionally, another guest politely asked if more potatoes were coming out, and the response was simply, “I’m making them,” delivered in a tone that felt rude and dismissive. I understand mornings can be busy and there may be policies in place, but the overall approach made guests feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. Guest should feel comfortable and not monitored "

"I feel like the room could have been a little more cleaner but overall our stay was good just feel like it was a little old style for how much we paid for two nights. "

"This is a great option if you want to be close to the park. The shuttle is pretty easy to use and we got on every time. The hotel has a bar/restaurant too which is convenient. The rooms are well appointed and recently updated. We always stay here when we are going to Universal Studios."

"There were a few staff being nice but when my partner tried checking out and taking out out his stuff and double making sure he wasn’t leaving anything behind one of the front end guys just kept power tripping on him. Nice hotel but horrible service depending on who is checking you in and out."
