"Exactly the best hotel in Van. All other just have a name of 4 star or five star. This Hilton hotel in the only real one in Van. I had a night at elite world and that was so bad that I changed to Hilton and this one pleased me. They change my room without any extra fee and added a third bed also. The breakfast was good and had good veraity "

"The staff were nice and tried their best to accommodate our needs although English can be an issue. The room wasn't very clean and I ended up doing some clean-up. The shower drain was also slow. For some reason they only accept cash for security deposit, so have some with you."

"Bathrooms looked clean, but bed sheets no as much. Floor carpets are filthy. Bath room door knob was broken and my partner got stock in it while I was out of room. Water got shut off once, WiFi was weak, and strong smell of cigarette forced me to change room. Not a good overall experience. "
