"House had cockroaches and when we reached out to the host about it she laughed and told us "its texas" when these were not regular texas roaches. We ended up having to pack our kids up and go to a hotel where my husband found one still crawling in him on the way to the hotel. Absolutely ..."

"Front desk didn’t help with any issues. Response every time was “you’ll need to contact Expedia with any concerns since you booked through them.” Bathroom was dirty and hair left in the shower. Room struggled to stay cold also. For a newer hotel, poor experience and will not stay again."
