"Communication with host in advance was horrible. VRBO had to get involved. Only received the most basic check in info at 2:45pm on day of check in and only because I kept reaching out. When we arrived the temp was above 80 and after 15 min of trying was not changing. There were dead bugs on 2 of the bath towels and on kitchen counter, it was dirty and smelled of smoke. We contacted VRBO and after the ring around we were able to be transferred to a new place. Do not recommend!!!"

"This was a convenient location and a relaxing stay all except for the lock box on the door coming into the condo. This box made it difficult to enter and make sure the door was closed after exiting. The oven did not work right. It stayed on preheat. There was no toilet paper left and I had to go buy it. "

"The smell of this place was overwhelming as soon as you walk in. Based on that alone I would not stay here again. This is also advertised as a duplex and it is not a duplex. It’s an apartment complex with some questionable neighbors. The carpet needs to be replaced or a deep clean at the very least. The things this place does have going for it are location is convenient and communication with the host was very quick when we were confused about check-in. "

"My family of four stayed for a long weekend recently. It was such a lovely spot and had room for all of us. The owners are extremely nice and were very welcoming. It is a short and pretty drive from the university. We hope to stay there again in the future!"

The furniture was soiled and stained, the ceiling had water damage and visible mold/mildew. I chose to not stay here and advise anyone to not stay here."
