Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
Above and beyond customer service. From the bell person to the front desk and housekeeping, this hotel exceeded my expectations! We came in early and they were able to find us a room before check in - this changed our whole day!

Staff was great. Dirty towel on door rack. Bathtub was dusty around the edges.

Paradox Vancouver
Always an amazing stay. Great staff, clean rooms and high end experience. Free apples are s cherry on top. Will continue staying here every time we come to Vancouver

The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver
The restaurant hours are too short for a hotel and was disappointed u can't use hotel credit on mini fridge. But it was very clean! And in a convenient area.
