Experience comfort in our 2bed, 1bath suite with kitchen, just 8mins drive to downtown. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a large park, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and retails. Broadway just a 10mins stroll away. 1-min walk to bus stop to UBC, SkyTrain and downtown. Amenities include laundry, dryer, floor heat, etc

Extra services upon request: airport pick-up for $60CAD per trip in a luxury 7-seater car; local drop-off/pick-up; help buying items you need in Vancouver.

Clean, new apartment

Lower level apartment is clean and new. Neighborhood has good access to UBC, restaurants and beaches. Quiet area with easy street parking. Apartment could benefit from more comfy seating and kitchen supplies.

Were very disappointed. Place was very clean, but lacked some essentials: coffee maker, toaster, dishes, TV, comfortable seating for more than one person,. were only given one bath towel and one hand towel per bedroom. There were four adults! No cleaning supplies, ie broom to sweep the floor, No mat at the entrance and no place to hang a coat. Luckily, we were close to relatives and were able to borrow some of the missing needs and had most of our meals with them.
