This house has brand new furniture, New TV, High speed optical fibre internet, New kitchen & appliances, Cutlery, Garage to park your cars and many more. Just bring in your groceries and you are good to go. Very centrally located, easy access to downtown Surrey, mins away from Hwy 1 and has so many shops and stores at walking distance. Free car parking and can park 4 cars. Don't miss this, it really worth it.

Overall, my experience at this place was nothing short of exceptional. I am excited to visit again in the future. The rooms were meticulously clean, well-maintained. The exceptional level of cleanliness throughout the premises was something that really stood out during my stay.

The proeprty is spacious, rooms are comfortable but main washroom showerhead was not working and onsuite washroom could have been bigger and neat.

Host cancelled day before trip

We booked this trip 1-2 weeks out on a holiday weekend. We got a notice that it was no longer available the day before our trip. This is was so stressful as everything was planned in advance and then to just say sorry it is no longer available the day before the reservation is crap. Of course at this point everything was extremely limited and unfortunately did not get to stay in the rest of the area of our party. Very highly unprofessional and would not recommend booking this place as your reservation may not be honored.

Nice, however lacked many vital resources

This property was in a good location however is right on a busy road. Good access to bus and short distance to trains. Property was advertised that it was move in ready however there dishwasher was broken, no plug for kitchen sink, no forks at all, no plastic wrap, no coffee filters, there was a broken smoke detector that kept beeping. There was no response from owner when we tried to communicate our concerns. There were no check out instructions.

I would not recommend this place. I gave this property a 2 star for several reasons. For a property that is almost $300/night (after all the taxes they add) I expect a lot. Not perfection but the little things that make it worth it. First of all, we did not get any communication regarding how to enter the premises and so when we got there we had to find a number to call and then call Expedia and ask them how to get in. After a while, they three wayed the owner and he told us how to get in. He did apologize for the miscommunication and claimed he did not get any communication from Expedia (VRBO) which I found hard to believe. When we entered the property, it presented well but it was pretty unwelcoming. There was no password to Wifi (never found it at all actually) nor was there any information sheet giving us ideas of what to do around the city. There wasn’t any nice little ad-ons which one would expect when they are paying that much. Not even air conditioning! Later we found out there were no forks so we had to use spoons to eat all of our food. For this much you would expect a nice yard to sit or lay down and relax but both the front and backyard are not maintained at all and actually looks horrible. In my opinion this place should not charge as much as it does. If it was better priced, my expectations would have been a lot lower and maybe would have given it one more star, only because it’s a nice looking place inside.
