You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Fraser Flat - Garden Level Suite - Comfortable and Well Equipped

This comfortable walkout lower level suite has all you will need for a comfortable stay.

The well equipped kitchen will let you eat in and the back patio has a BBQ and makes for a great space after a long day of seeing the sites.

Transit is one block away and the area is quiet and friendly with great restaurant and amenities close by. The couch is comfy and ready for Netflix and Prime. The laundry is full sized and can be used at any time.
The space
We live upstairs with our young son and he may be playing in the shared yard from time to time.

While every effort has been made to address noise transfer, please understand that we area a family living upstairs and you will hear some footsteps and the sounds of daily living. We value your privacy and will always be respectful and only ask that you do the same.

Guest access
Feel free to use the yard but please remember it’s a shared space.

Other things to note
We have a guide book, it has big tourist destinations, parks/walk and entertainment ideas. I am happy to share it in advance or it’s located in the suite for your review.
