One bedroom & den apartment, centrally located! From our Downtown building you can walk to some of the most exciting places Vancouver has to offer. Here is a sneak preview:

- One block away from Granville Street where you can find great clubs, pubs, and restaurants
- Just a couple of blocks from the city’s most vibrant shopping area, Robson Street;
-Just walking distance to movie theaters
- A 15 minute walk to the Aquabus Ferries that take you across to Granville Island (a must see!), where you can visit the public market, listen to live music, eat some great food or simply stroll and view all the beautiful items made by our local artists;
- A 10 minute walk to trendy Yaletown, which has some great restaurants and boutique stores;
- Three blocks away from the Vancouver Art Gallery;
- A 20 minute walk to beautiful Stanley Park;
- A 5 minute walk to a skytrain station so you can get anywhere in the city, including the Vancouver International Airport;
- And for those traveling on business, we are within walking distance of the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre and BC Place.

Our apartment is fully furnished and has broad 9’6” ft. windows, providing great views of the Downtown area and plenty of daylight. The bedroom has a queen size bed, the den has a double size bed and desk area. An open style kitchen gives the place a very comfortable and open feel. All flinens, towels, hair drier, iron and all kitchen accessories are provided for our guests.

This premium one bedroom suite is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver at Nelson & Howe, just minutes from world-class shopping and dining in Yaletown, Gastown and Robson Street and close to BC Place, the Vancouver Art Gallery, the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and the Orpheum Theatre.

A parking fee is charged upon parking request. If parking is needed request it and it will be charged separately.

Second bedroom was not actually a bedroom but simply a loft with a bed; no room for even a nightstand. Blinds were nice, but let way too much light in. Otherwise, we were satisfied, especially being able to walk to so many locations, even for our concert.

Really good location for downtown. If you dont want to drive there is lots of locations to get escooters or ebikes or if your going to walk theres lots to do around thats walking distance. The arena is about 15 minutes away whilw walking and stanley park is also about 15 minutes. Great location. Very well kept place. Kinda gives you a New York City kind of stay. All around a great place

Very private place to stay. Feels like you're far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city but only steps away from Granville St., A short walk to the City Center train station. Very homey feel. 5 minute walk to grocery. I'll definitely stay again.

Well equipped and well located for a holiday in splendid Vancouver. The bunk bed is only for younger members of the family or more agile adults. The kitchen is well equipped although there are lots of restaurants nearby. The parking space was a real bonus when we picked up a hire car at the end of our stay.

We were a family party of 5 adults and the space was fine. There were only 4 each of plates and mugs though which was a little inconvenient. We were able to do a load of laundry easily once we found the room behind the door to the stairwell. Directions for everything else were very clear Location was great for public transit wherever we wanted to go and there’s a good grocery store a couple blocks down the street.

The apartment was in such a great area, well equipped, clean and exactly as described. I loved being within walking distance to everything. The owner gave wonderful instructions so that I was able to save money by taking the skytrain from the airport instead of a cab. I always appreciate a comfortable bed, and this one did not disappoint. I highly recommend!

The propriety is in a fantastic location. It was clean. We did not contact the property owner on the following issue. They may have resolved it quickly. We were left with two bath towels for two women and one hand towel. The towels were clean but not dried in a dryer so they were like using sand paper. They need more bath towels (long hair usually requires an extra towel), towels dried in a dryer, plus add face clothes. Overall this is a fantastic unit in a great location.

The unit was located in central downtown Vancouver which was convenient for walking to the best attractions in the area. The unit was clean and welcoming. In addition, the security was outstanding with key-fob building and elevator access. The only recommendations I have are that guests have more pillow choices (the pillows provided were very thin and not comfortable) and perhaps have a welcome coffee/tea serving for those just arriving and who haven't had a chance to go to the store yet.
