"Overnight stay before an international flight. I liked the location, lots of great looking restaurants in the area. Easy access to SkyTrain and airport. Room has a great view. Bed was comfortable, pillows a bit on the soft side, would have liked to have firmer pillows but for one night not worth complaining. Bathtub/shower combo was fine, morning special. Washroom provided dove soap which smelled nice, but I personally felt was a bit cheap. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful which made things so much more easy. It's amazing how much good stuff can positively impact a trip!"

"What a wonderful place! It was very comfortable, with excellent amenities. The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfasts were delicious! The host family are delightful, and very helpful with suggestions of local things to do. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive, or a longer walk if you’re able. The location is great for access to downtown, Kerrisdale, VGH, False Creek, Granville Island, and pretty much anywhere you want to go. We will definitely stay here again if we can."

"Here’s a polished version of your review:The unit was very clean and came with many useful kitchen appliances and amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Public transportation was convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the house, although the nearest train station was about 0.8 miles away. The exterior of the property, especially the backyard, could use some updating and was somewhat dirty."
