There are tenants on the basement however you will have a private entrance and full access to the entire suite, ensuring a completely private and comfortable stay. The space is exclusively yours during your visit — no shared indoor areas.
Please note that the outdoor patio and private yard are shared with guests from the other suite on the property. Everyone is welcome to enjoy these outdoor areas respectfully and responsibly.

Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1-2 days' notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking:
We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions.
Shoes Off, Please:
We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.
Toilet Use:
We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent any plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.
Authorized Guest Count:
To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50.00 per person per night applies.
Recycling:
We encourage guests to consider recycling during their stay to reduce our environmental footprint. Your participation in recycling is greatly appreciated and contributes to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience for everyone.
Garbage:
We kindly ask that you dispose of and manage your trash responsibly. Excessive garbage may result up to a $300 fee for additional disposal costs. Thank you for your cooperation.

A Smoke-Free Environment:
To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. We impose a fine of $1000.00 to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal, ensuring the comfort of all guests.
Cancellation Policy:
Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once your reservation is confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept the terms of the cancellation policy. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance to safeguard against potential losses resulting from unforeseen cancellations.
Maintenance and Care:
We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Our dedicated team follows a checklist to ensure everything is in order for our guests. If, during your stay, any items are accidentally damaged or broken, please promptly inform us so that we can arrange for necessary repairs in consideration of our future guests.
Penalty fees:

This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 penalty fee will be charged if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit.
🐾 Unauthorized Pets:
No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Bringing pets without prior consent will result in a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.
