-Main Floor:
3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms: Private, well-appointed rooms ensuring comfort with smart home features for a seamless stay.
Living Area: Includes a sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests, equipped with smart controls for your convenience.

-Lower Level:
Entertainment Zone: Living area with 2 bunk beds accommodating 8 guests, enhanced with arcade games and smart entertainment options.

-Shared Spaces:
Backyard Oasis: Enjoy a luxurious hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor theater, all integrated with smart technology for easy use and optimal enjoyment.
Driveway: Parking for up to 2 cars, with additional street parking available.

-Important Notes:

Quiet Hours: Absolutely no parties and no noise after 10 PM. Non-compliance can lead to immediate eviction without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Check-Out & Fees: Check-out is strictly by 10 AM. Late check-outs are charged at $50 per hour, escalating to $100 per hour after two hours.

Security Deposit: A $500 to $1000 deposit is required, refundable 15 days post-checkout if the guest count is accurate and no damages are found.

Visitor Policy: All visitors are considered guests, regardless of whether they stay overnight or not.

Please Note : The outdoor areas and driveway are shared with guests renting the other section of the house. Revel in the luxury and convenience of our smart home, designed to enhance your experience of comfort and fun.
