3 bedroom house in Surrey

The check innprocess was a challenge. It did not work for access to the property with door codes. There was no follow up. I had to contact the ohone number that was provided which was a prior property manager who provided the owners phone number. If this wouldn't have happened I don't know what we would have done. There was no follow up at all. Then the interior was horribly dirty and water kept coming out of the improperly installed laminate flooring. Had to wear our in there the entire stay. The rest of the cleanliness was also poor. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
