Welcome to your perfect Vancouver getaway! Our cozy studio suite is ideally located in the heart of the city, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to Vancouver's best restaurants, shops, and iconic attractions. Whether you're here to explore, work, or simply unwind, our thoughtfully designed space provides all the comforts you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Experience the vibrant energy of Vancouver while enjoying a quiet, modern haven just steps from it all! Neighbourhood: Vancouver’s Crosstown neighborhood is a centrally located area that lies just east of the city’s downtown core. It is a vibrant, evolving district that is bordered by the Downtown Eastside to the east, the financial and entertainment districts to the west, and historic areas like Gastown to the north. Crosstown is known for its mix of residential spaces, office buildings, and industrial heritage, making it a blend of old and new.

For visitors, Crosstown offers a unique glimpse into the city’s urban development and its proximity to key attractions. It's just a short walk from the bustling shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown Vancouver, while still being adjacent to the more diverse and often gritty Eastside. The Eastside is home to areas like the Downtown Eastside (DTES), which has its own complex history and character, marked by a mix of social challenges and vibrant community arts.

Crosstown's location makes it convenient for visitors to explore both the polished side of Vancouver and its more raw, authentic neighborhoods. It’s a great spot for those looking to experience the heart of Vancouver’s transformation and get a feel for its diverse urban landscape. Additionally, the area is well-served by public transit, making it easy to venture to nearby neighborhoods or the waterfront.

Wonderful, chic apartment. Has everything you will need. Marian was very easy to deal with and communicated promptly. The one down side is that the area is a pretty rough area of downtown, but we knew that. Underground secure - and free - parking. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops etc in neighbourhood. Close to theatres, Rogers Arena.

Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was somewhat tight for 3 adults seeking separate sleep arrangements. It was an easy walk to restaurants and the cruise port. The security on the building was good, as it had to be given the area was a little sketchy with homeless people and druggies. The access info needs to be more explicit, as we had a difficult time getting in the unit. Owner responded quickly to our call for help.

We had a great time and enjoyed the apartment and the terrace very much. But leaving the front door was always a bit scary as there were so many drug addicts crawling on the street. Nothing happened but it was always a bad feeling to pass them.

This property is close to the Canada cruise port in Vancouver, BC. The area has some nice places to eat and a drug store very close, which we found we needed. The rental property's cost was reasonable for the location. The Balcony was very nice, but the screen door needs repair. We only stayed one night, and it was tight for four people. The property is a studio apartment, with limited separation of the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. The owner provided scented toiletries. Our primary concern was entering the property. We were not able to get into the property. Anyone entering for the first time must be buzzed in, activating the door and the elevator. We arrived at about 7:15 pm and were left standing on the sidewalk (which was quite narrow for 4 people with luggage) for a substantial amount of time because there was no one to buzz us into the property. We attempted to call, e-mail, and text the owner unsuccessfully. One of the residents was kind enough to let us wait in the lobby. Finally, we were able to reach her through VRBO, and all of this was after traveling since 3 am. The residents of the building were extremely kind, helpful, and sympathetic to our situation and did their best to assist us. I strongly recommend that the owner provide detailed instructions regarding accessing the unit and a backup plan if they are not available to buzz the renter into the building. We feel this property would be good for a single or a couple.

Lovely and safe apartment in downtown Vancouver. Easily walkable from Waterfront station on the Canada Line. Host included a lot of really nice amenities/details. We would definitely stay again!
