About this property

Your Alternative to a 5 Star Hotel

  • 20 minutes walking distance to the BC Place Stadium where the World Cup Soccer matches will be played in June and July 2026.

    NO SMOKING AND NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Please DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY IF YOU INTEND TO PARTY. If the neighbours are disturbed, you will have to vacate the property!

    This spacious, air-conditioned apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and 25th floor views of Vancouver is your best alternative to a 5 star hotel accommodation.

    There is one King-Size Bed in the first bedroom, and one Queen-Size Bed in the second bedroom. The wall of the third bedroom has been removed as it is around the corner of the living room. There is Double (Full) Size Wall-Bed in there. When the wall-bed is not used it is lifted up to the wall to look like a cabinet. A round table with 4 chairs is placed in that area instead of the bed to create an extension of a living room. In addition, there is a very comfortable Queen Size American Leather Sofa-Bed in the living room. Browse the attached photographs to see the configuration.

    With unbeatable location between trendy Yaletown -- a converted warehouse district with an energetic bar and gourmet restaurant scene, and funky West End -- a mixture of international casual dining restaurants and eclectic boutiques, with a walking distance to most tourist attraction of the city, this is possibly your best choice of Vancouver short term accommodation.
