Harbourview room had amazing views! The hotel itself is outdated but cost efficient. They provide a $15 voucher towards lunch at their on site restaurant.

The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is a good place to stay while visiting Canada. It is close to everything like Canada Pl and the Seawall. The rooms are clean and the staff is very accommodating. The gym had adequate equipment for a quick workout. Didn't have the chance to jump into the pool and sauna. ...
