The staff is is foreign and rud I m in wheelchair with service dog and I have one leg paid 120 dollars 2 nights she made me pay 15 dollars for something idk then calls me later saying I owe 15 for second person when that's what I rented it for on Expedia when I told her that then I owed for my service dog 15 mind you I have stayed there a lot of times they never charged me for my dog when I went down there all I had was 10 to my name she wouldn't take it and proceeded to trespass me from property and didn't get to stay my 2nd night and won't refund my money and expid apparently approves of this cuz they say they can't help

If I could leave zero stars I would. First impression wasn’t the best but I could look past the guy getting a hair cut in the parking lot. What I can’t get past is the mold all over the bathroom ceiling and bed bugs. Asked for a refund because we sure as heck were not staying and they only wanted to move us to another room. I wanted a refund because I’m not risking bringing bedbugs home to my children. They fought me on a refund and said I would have it in 24 hours and now I have to wait till Tuesday.

The first room they showed me the door keypad did not work once he unlocked the room the lights in the room did not work. He then gave me another room 5 minutes into that room roaches start crawling on the walls. I would not recommend this place for anybody. Not to mention everybody that walked in this hotel looked like that they were on drugs, and I’m not a judgmental person.

At the point entry you are immediately overwhelmed with the smell of smoke and animals. The carpet throughout the halls was completely filthy. The noise is constant day and night. The bedding had holes from cigarette burns. Worst of all there were roaches on the wall and bedbugs.

They had bed bugs they refused to bring a extra pillow wasn't clean the hallways had trash in them the towels and wash cloths was nasty and maintenance didn't bring any clean bedding towels of wash cloths when I requested them it was a horrible experience I would like a refund

Housekeeping never showed up once even though I was gone most of the day each day, never got clean towels and had to wash them myself, they kicked me out a day early and when I showed them my Expedia email they said that's not their problem and I had to pay another night or they were calling the police. No one there except one person spoke English and she was extremely rude and didn't listen to anything I asked her just repeating that it isn't her problem and to call the third party.

The ENTIRE place smelt like dog pee. Horrible service. The ice machine doesnt work you pay high experience however everything is behind a desk and they want you to pay cash for everything okay fine however they have everything for breakfast but dont even offer coffee withoit out paying dor a cup that is small. The vending machines purposefullydont work

It was ok for a run down hotel wanted to take a bath came to find out the 1960’s tub I was about to use had mold in the jets that also didn’t work so I ended up taking a shower instead of being able to relax in a nice hot bath but everything else was ok not very comfortable bed either
