Virtually all updated and redone unit, new Sams club 600 count sheets, Sealy mattresses, million dollar views on this 80 acre retreat. Escape to this delightful cabin in picturesque Thumb Lake area. Sleeps 4 with 2 new Sealy Mattresses in one bedroom, with a 3/4 bath and a shower stall vs a bathtub. This brilliant retreat features 1 cozy bedroom with 2 new queen beds, a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower, and convenient amenities like a hair dryer and AC. Whether you're relaxing outside, or enjoying the heating on a chilly evening, guests are sure to have a fabulous time here.
You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Full central air and heat, Trustream Wifi from other cabin on property, which may also be available for rent. Outdoor fire ring, picnic tables and shared commercial Char Broil grill with other cabin. Outdoor rocking chairs provided too. Any pics of the public beach area at Thumb Lake, within one mile of Thumb Lake Cabins. Combine this one with the other cabin for a group or family event, host willing to help accommodate larger groups with other space and hosting equipment.
If you love beautiful clean water and beaches, you will love Thumb Lake, bring your water gear, boat, kayak, canoe, etc. Attached pics show the picnic tables/pavilion, and all water shots/pics are at Thumb Lake, within one mile of the cabins. Four-wheeler/recreational trails nearby for fun in the summer and snowmobiling (close to Chandler hill area for snowmobiling and mushrooming).
New Sealy Queen mattresses, including Posturepedic Pro, etc. About 20 minutes to Boyne, Gaylord and Petoskey. Room for parking for boat trailer, toys etc. Lighted outdoor area for safety.
Cabin is charming rustic, yet updated with new HVAC/AC and WIFI, and USB and C style charger outlets, Bluetooth music listening available. Refreshing fresh water well is tasty and cold! More pictures to come, new to the rental market and just getting started. More improvements to come as well, e.g., paint exterior, window repair and replacement.
Beautiful Thumb Lake Public pavilion, public beach and public boat launch just a mile or so down the road.
Second cabin may also be for rent as well, please inquire. Both cabins are slightly discounted as they are a work in progress and we are new to the rental program. for example, some basic repairs, paint, etc.
Max stay is 7 days, 6 nights or less, please see house rules. This ensures quality turnover and proper cleaning and sanitizing. Reservations beyond this are not allowed, and will be cancelled by owner at no charge to VRBO owner by VRBO.
