You are close. immediate rue de la Fontaine where the nice restaurants of the city are located. free parking nearby. Are you coming by train? You are 10 minutes walk from the station! Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) in a residential building, you will also have a laundry room with washing machine on the landing of your apartment.
