The flat consists of an open-plan kitchen, a shower room, two bedrooms with 140cm bedding (including a sofa bed). The accommodation is ideally located, with everything within walking distance, including restaurants, cultural points of interest and shops. Ty Chez soi is perfect for a romantic break or a family holiday.

Please note that work is underway in the street until early November 2024. Scaffolding is in place and there may be a risk of noise during the day.

Un appartement charmant idéalement placé !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, dans ce joli duplex en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Vannes, qui vaut vraiment le détour !

Magnifique sejour dans ce duplex atypique.
Si vous aimez les appartement aseptisés, aux murs lisses et droits. Si vous voulez garer votre voiture dans la maison ou si vous ne montez pas les escaliers passez votre tour ... mais c'est dommage !! Ce petit duplex est un parfait moyen de baigner dans l ambiance extraordinaire du vieux vannes ! Une maison a colombage et Un 4ieme etage (sans ascenseur) par un escalier en bois qui grince, un petit appartement tres bien agencé avec tout le confort possible. Une vue sur les toits pentus en ardoise, le clocher de la cathedrale a 200metres, un esprit cosy et chaleureux nous avons adorés cetait depaysant !! 2 chambres avec 2 grands lits sous les toits (attention aux tetes les poutres sont bien solides!) literie parfaite . Il fait monter (et descendre) par un escalier tteq etroits mais pratique. Lagence de location est tres pro, les conseils donnés a larrivee tres utiles. Merci pour ce sejour parfait ! (Le restaurant le chatelet a 50 m est delicieux)
