Un Appartement Penthouse d'Exception sur le Port de Vannes

Comme perché sur le toit, seul à l'étage, l'appartement vous donnera la sensation d'un séjour Unique à Vannes.
Dans un esprit à la fois simple et raffiné, il conjugue style classique et contemporain.
Sa grande terrasse de 50 m2 arborée offre une vue sur le port et sur la Promenade de la Rabine ainsi que sur la gare maritime. Plusieurs endroits y sont aménagés pour farnienter, prendre un café ou profiter du soleil à tous les moments de la journée.
L'appartement permet de se poser à différents endroits pour prendre le petit déjeuner dans sa cuisine aménagée, se restaurer sur sa table à diner, télétravailler dans son espace bureau ( accès wifi fibre libre), ou simplement profiter du salon pour se détendre autour d'un apéritif. Le salon est doté d'un enceinte Bose et d'un piano droit ( maxi 21H).
Chaque chambre dispose d'une literie de qualité ( un lit King Size et un lit Queen Size) ainsi que d'un téléviseur à écran plat avec accès Netflix et Amazon.

Delightful stay in a great location for exploring the area.

This property is within walking distance of restaurants and the Saturday market. It has everything you could possibly need in a vrbo. The owner had left special sweet treats from the area, plus a bottle of champagne, orange juice, milk, fruit, etc. She personally showed us the apartment which was the only apartment on the top floor of the condo. It was very quiet, private and charming. thank you Dany for all you did to make our visit so enjoyable.
