2 things stand out: the breakfast and the SPA downstairs. The breakfast is amazing, with a huge variety of sweet and salty options, plus a menu you can order (included in the price). The coffee itself could be improved. The staff at the reception desk could be a bit faster. The bedroom was super comfortable and clean. The SPA was marvelous, clean and new, extra handy and quiet. Overall, it's a great place, close to the metro, the trams, the parliament and in a walk distance to the main landmarks. Thank you.

Stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! A true 5 star, boutique hotel. Clean, spacious and staff always willing to help. The spa was great for after long days of walking around the city. Its about a 15 min walk into the "heart of the city" which is nice because its not in a tourist trap. Easily connected by the bus as well. Would stay again!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms, facilities and service were all first class, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only area that let it down slightly was breakfast. The staff worked incredibly hard and were always friendly, but there simply weren't enough of them to cope with the morning rush, which led to delays. The chef could also improve the poached eggs. Every morning mine arrived hard rather than runny, even after I asked for them to be redone. A relatively minor issue in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. If we return to the area, we would definitely choose to stay here again. It's a top-class hotel that I would happily recommend.

Very good location, close enough and yet in a quiet street corner. Breakfast is excellent, very reach.
