"Spectacular stay at Taj West End hotel for honeymoon. Best hotel stay ever! Food was spectacular and service was on point. Staff was very gracious and helpful. Beautiful property. Well maintained and facilities are first class. Room servicing staff in particular Santhosh was very kind and helpful. He also offered to take photographs of us on the property. Restaurant breakfast was exceptional. Service was anticipatory and delivered well. Food delicious and great variety. "

Just the best staff - especially the breakfast manager & his team, and the bar staff - but actually all the staff couldn’t do enough for you. "The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)"
