" I booked a twin room for myself and my son and we had a lovely meal the evening we arrived. We only had coffee in the morning before departing. My only complaint would be that the beds are suitable for children but not so much for adults. Wider quilts that cover you and hang over the bed further would have made it a more comfortable nights sleep, especially for my son who is tall and of larger build, plus extra pillows in the wardrobe for those who require them would have been appreciated. This was our only disappointment. Otherwise we were very pleased with the food and service. "

Hosts were so lovely, a guided tour of the property and lovely home cooked simple food. We will be recommending this place. Good luck in your plans for future renovations to the rooms. "Booked the connecting room for a family of four (2 adults, 10y & 7y). We stayed one night to break up travelling further south from England. Was exactly what we were hoping for, rural and quiet. Rooms were big, staff could not be more helpful and breakfast was lovely."
