"Bonjour, nous avons été déçus de notre séjour. Bien que le personnel ait été charmant et le petit déjeuner copieux, la chambre n était pas confortable (pas de Clim en ce début de canicule, fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir, insonorisation insuffisante vis à vis des autres chambres, bruit fort intermittent toutes les heures (machinerie ?), robinetterie de la douche, pas de savon dans le distributeur de douche, une ampoule défaillante pour le lit parental). Contrairement à l annonce la réception...
