The location is walking distance to all the trails, restaurants, sights and the water, but far enough away to be peaceful. There is air conditioning and a little fridge. Perfect for our stay in Riomaggiore."

"Vincenzo is the manager what can I say, he did so much for us what a superstar. We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. Breakfast basic but the local cafes have excellent and cheap paninis etc on offer so no issues. Very Close to the beach and restaurants. We walked into Sestri levante and it took 40 mins. "The property is in front of the pretty and small Harbour . Convenient if you need to get to other areas like Portofino . The boat stops in front of your windows . Sleeping with open windows is difficult because of the different noises coming from the harbor . Better and easier to stay here if you don’t have a car , cause off site parking is at the walking distance of half mile .parking is 18€ a day, quite steep for the off site . Nice hotel but not for everyone . "

"We were located in an apartment about a block away from the hotel. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us, we appreciated having a kitchen, and the balcony was amazing! Great location: not far from Cinque Terre (15-20min train ride), 1min walk to the beach, and right within the town night life.
