"Great hotel, staff really friendly... the room is greatly equipped, although it would be good to have the shampoo and soap separately, still I rated the room with 5 stars. The bed and pillows are excellent!! The TV options also great and flexible allowing me to screen from my phone....
I didn't see an option to book the room with a Spa entrance in the Hotels.com so I assumed I have the access to the spa, which was not the case and a bit misleading...
Anyway since I didn't had too much time to spend the spa I still rated the hotel with 5 stars. Need to consider this for future reservations. Thx, Moshe"
