We had a family room which was a decent size. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. The room smelled like old smoke. The room was extemely warm with just a fan in each room so it was very uncomfortable. Check in was at another hotel which was a big hassle to park nearby. There is no staff at this hotel. Only book this if there isn't something else.

Not for family stay.

With no working AC it was very hot in the hotel room and for a family with small kids it was not good at all. We’ve visited here before some years ago and was not aware that they had moved the check in and breakfast to another building 200-300 meters or so away from the hotel. With these two reasons I will not come back again. I will instead stay at the main building if needed now when I know that everything is located there. Especially when the price difference surprisingly isn’t that big what I could see.

När vi kommer dit går jag igenom rummet och det var inte rent. Smutsiga örngott och p.hår i badrummet vid handfat. Rummet såg inte alls ut som på bilderna. Först hamnade vi i rum 148, sen betalade jag och upogeaderade till 501. Inte värt! Modernare rum men inte så bekväma. Om du har rummen mot esplanaden sidan. Vårat rum hade ingen bra isolering det var som att sova med öppet fönster med all oljud från gatan. Hörde ett konstant tjutande ljud under de 3 dagarna vi var där. Ju tystare vi var högre hördes tjutande genom hela natten. Så dålig sömn och huvudvärk jag hade, inte önskvärt och så inte värt priset för det rummer eller hotellet i överlag. Dålig luft i rummet och väldigt dåligt städat. Jag fick damma av själv och blev tvungen att be de damsuga hela mattan då jag fick svår att andas under natten och blev helt täppt i näsan av all damm. Vill också påpeka att även om wi-fi är gratis så var det jätte dålig uppkoppling om man ville streama. Deras Tv kanaler var från Allente och ett fåtal tråkiga kanaler att titta på. Personalen var inte otrevliga men väldigt oproffsiga inte mycket profession där direkt, och inte koll på enkla saker som var kokpunkten låg, bussar eller annan information som skulle vara relevant för besökare. För Spa och aktivitet var man tvungen att gå till Best Western Plaza. På Best Western Esplanaden fanns det inte mycket att heja för. Frukosten var helt ok. Men resten av hotellet var smutsigt också. Receptionen är för det mesta obemannad.

Lite dyrt för det lilla rum vi fick. Och det var lite dålig ventilation. I övrigt inget att klaga på direkt. Kunde funnits lite mer utbud på frukosten för en som behöver laktosfritt alternativ.
