Fun place, hard to check in

Fun property but getting check in info required multiple calls, emails, and eventually Hotels.com intervention. Shouldn't be that much work by the guests to confirm check in and get a door code.

Das Zimmer war erwartungsgemäß klein. Leider war es aber auch sehr laut. Geräusche von draußen und vom Flur. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Bad neu. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen. Nettes Personal auch. Toll finde ich auch, dass tagsüber Kaffee und Kekse bereitgestellt werden. Das ist sehr gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank!

Positivt överraskad

Bodde på sviten på över 100 m2 med familj, där det inte fattades något för för vistelsen, allt ifrån fullutrustat kök till stort badrum och tvättmöjligheter med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sviten som var väldigt ren är på vindsvåningen och är bara mysig att vara i. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och frukosten var frikostig och god. Aktivitetsrum för barn och vuxna och hotellet har gratis parkering för gäster. Rekommenderas starkt och kommer definitivt att vistas här igen nästa gång jag besöker Västervik.

Allt var jättebra förutom rummet.Har bott på Långholmen tidigare och hade väl samma förväntning men när vi kommer fram o ser att vi har ca 30 cm mellan våra sängar,vad säger man. Två enkelsängar med 30 cm mellanrum. Vi fick byta om i omgångar,den enda platsen var vid ytterdörren…..inte så trevligt eller bekvämt. Tyvärr var hotellet fullbokat så det gick inte byta rum.

Wir waren zwar etwas überrascht, dass wir in einem Gefängnis gelandet sind, das lag aber an unserer mangelnden Vorbereitung. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber gemütlich. Für eine Nacht wollten wir kein Upgrade machen, was sicherlich möglich gewesen wäre. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt familjehotell

Tillbringade en natt på hotellet i ett familjerum. Rummet var väldigt stort, rent, ljust och fräscht. Plus för mikrovågsugn, diskho och kylskåp i rummet. Väldigt trevlig personal, god frukost och bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Kort gångavstånd till hamnen och mysig innergård.
