Palaces in Vatican City

"The biggest selling point with the Grand Olympic is it's location - you are only a 10 minute walk to St Peter's Square and the Vatican museum, etc. Also, plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner and a 25 minute walk to the main shopping area. The hotel wasn't 4 star compared to UK 4 star hotels but it was perfectly fine for us. The room had excellent aircon, the bathroom was in great condition, shower was very warm at night but cold in the morning. The breakfast is included and was perfectly adequate to start you off on your day. Nothing hot but continental choices, lovely croissants, as much tea or coffee as you wanted, cereal etc. Again, not the Ritz but for the price it was great. Staff were helpful and welcoming. If we return I would book again. "
