"I had a wonderful experience during my stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and positive attitude. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we truly appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in. The level of service throughout our stay was excellent. Housekeeping kept the room clean and refreshed every day, which made a big difference in our comfort. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and needed hot water for tea—without hesitation, the staff quickly assisted me with kindness and care. Overall, we are very impressed with the hospitality and attention to detail. The team here clearly takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and supported. "Rooms were be y clean and bathroom was decent size…also updated! The staff were very helpful. We came back late and there was someone by the desk! A good hotel right next to the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel entrance ….literally just cross the street!"
