Cozy Cottage on Hillside with Breathtaking Mountain Views, 3 mins from Route 1
10/10 Excellent
"We had such a wonderful time at this cottage! From the moment we booked, the manager was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful — making the whole process easy and stress-free. The cottage itself is beautifully built, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with every comfort we could have hoped for. It felt cozy yet spacious, and everything was in perfect condition. The peaceful setting and warm atmosphere made it a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — we left relaxed, happy, and already talking about when we can come back!"
"This property is probably transitioned from a school, but that does not impact any of the service that you would expect from a hotel. We booked a family room, very spacious. There’s not much going on in the area and it might be the only location you can get a decent sit down meal. By all saying that, food in the restaurant is high quality. I ordered sheep fillet, 5 stars! "
"The area is a peaceful stay with Einar. He was very welcoming and the room was spacious, clean with nice amenities. We loved meeting his puppy! Would definitely stay again when we return. "
"The property was right on Route 1. There's a restaurant on the first floor and they have really amazing food. There are lots of places to go to, but you’ll have to drive by the mountains which all had mostly paved roads. The room itself is clean. There's a common room for coffee and tea, and a fridge that can be used. The staff were friendly."
