"We arrived to a deserted resort-literally only one there. The outside was very unkept. My wife was literally shuffling through spider webs to get the key. Once you gain access it is quite pleasant, however definitely not secure. Especially if the only people staying there, it can be quite daunting. We tried to make do & settled in & decided to enjoy the hot tub which was too cold to tolerate. We then proceeded to the sauna & couldn't even warm the shivers from the hot tub. When we landed in Portugal, we received contact from Silvia via WhatsApp where everything was explained. Entry was simple and they were on hand if we had any issues.
