"The pictures posted are deceiving. They showed actual beds and we found an old sofa bed, extremely uncomfortable. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked about the bed. She basically stated I could leave if not happy. They had my money already. Bad mouthed Expedia as well, The safe was locked and they just said they couldn’t do anything to open it for our use. We encountered rats around main entrance, at night when coming back to the hotel. When asked for manager, it looked like she never works. Never available during our five nights: stay. I would not recommend at all. Big disappointment."
