"PROS - Hotel is very nicely themed throughout and has a premium feel. The shop in the lobby is open until 00:30 which means you can grab snacks after the shows. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool is really nice and they give you fresh towels when you go in, they also have a clothes spinner to wring out your wet clothes. There is a shuttle bus but unless you have mobility issues or have lots of luggage its a nice 5-10 minutes stroll through Disney Village. We asked for a high up room and was given a very good room with a view (unexpected) so can't fault that at all. The rooms have a coffee machine and some nice touches like stationery, postcard, themed cups etc. Beds are comfortable and a large TV. Room wasn't huge by any stretch but as a base it was great and after the night time shows not having to fight for a bus and just walk back was a dream. Excellent left luggage facilities too. All staff excellent really. Plenty of lifts to/from different floors and direct path to Disney village with much quieter security gate
CONS - Outdoor pool didn't open until later in the day - it was 35 degrees they could have tried to get that open for the early swimmers. No fridge as standard. TV was mounted so no option to add your own USB devices. Bath was small, sufficient for a child but if you're hoping for a big soak then a standard room isn't the answer. Didn't try any food as didn't arrive until late and checked out next day"
