"Right off the bat, the front desk clerk was amazing. Offered great information about the rooms and amenities that were offered. The complimentary breakfast was actually a great selection which usually isn’t the case at most hotels. And for dinner, there are some restaurants right by the hotel which was so nice and convenient for us after a long day out and about. Also the cleaning staff were on the ball! They were so quick to provide extra pillows and replacement sheets and towels when needed. Thank you so much for the amazing experience Element Vaughan Southwest!!"
