"We were there in very hot weather and the airconditioning in the room and the rooftop restaurant were very good. Our room facing the river with roadway in between was surprisingly quiet due to double windows. Rooftop restaurant (Les 3 Domes) was very impressive with floor to ceiling glass and impressive views of the old city, the river, and the newer city. Mid-century deluxe decor. Very good food and we enjoyed dinner there twice. Location is excellent with the luxury Intercontinental hotel and "Grand Dome" complex 1 block away. The main pedestrian shopping zone is 2 blocks away and is great for people watching and shopping. Restaurants are all around the pedestrian zone offering a wide range of choices within walking distance.We were able to spend 3 nights there while only walking. Parking isn't cheap (about Eu30 night) but the valet parking garage under the hotel is extremely convenient and safe. In summary we would certainly stay in this hotel on our next vist. It offers a near perfect balance of convenience, quality, and value. "

Situated in a very good location, you could easily walk around the city. Metro station was just 2 blocks away. Very friendly staff. Fluent in english and spanish they were always willing to help me get to different places I needed to go. Breakfast was excellent. Service was amazing. Definetely, a place to stay while in Lyon."
