Villa Bleu Océan – The Cordouan Studio

The Cordouan Studio, located in Villa Bleu Océan in Vaux-sur-Mer, enjoys a privileged location: close to shops, the Vélodyssée cycle path, just 10 minutes from the beaches, hiking trails, the golf course and the Maine Gaudin equestrian center. You are also near Royan, the thalassotherapy fitness center, 5 km from the wild coast and La Palmyre Zoo.



The studio is very spacious at 30 m² and includes a bedroom with dining area, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a large bathroom with two sinks and separate toilets.



You will enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, overlooking a large wooded garden. A garden shed is at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine and a microwave.



The Cordouan Studio is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet setting, with terraces, garden furniture and sun loungers available for guests. It is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete crockery in the kitchenette, as well as a dining area and television. Parking is available inside the property.



Please note, pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available as an option and cleaning is mandatory, to be paid on arrival. In winter (October to April), a mandatory heating fee also applies.

Une semaine chez Elisabeth et son mari, un rêve avec tout ce que l'on espérait : du soleil, un super accueil, un jardin indépendant, propreté nickel, règles sanitaires respectées, bons plans locaux, super adresses de restaurants (merci au mari d'Elisabeth) et des petits-déjeuners que l'on regrette déjà ! Je recommande ce gentil couple et leur villa tranquille proche de la plage et des commerces. Merci à eux pour tout.

Pros: On cherchait du dépaysement sans quitter la France, on l'a trouvé ! On a choisi la roulotte et on a pas été déçus : romantique, original, très propre et tout nickel. Dans un grand jardin rien que pour nous avec une yourte au milieu pour prendre les repas, on a voyagé sans trop bougé. Les hôtes sont adorables et super gentils, toujours une bonne adresse au bon moment. Les petits-déjeuners copieux dans la yourte, on s'en souviendra :) Nous recommandons cette adresse, rien à dire sauf que nous regrettons notre départ !

Pros: Quel séjour fantastique nous avons passé à la Villa Bleu Océan ! Nous avions choisi la chambre Cordouan pour un repos bien mérité après cette période compliquée... Nous avons été chaleureusement reçus par Elisabeth, la maîtresse des lieux. Elisabeth a été aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour, toujours de délicates attentions et une discrétion parfaite. La villa est dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, non loin des plages et des commerces de Royan et de Vaux sur Mer. Le jardin privatif est magnifique, tout est super propre, le protocole sanitaire respecté à la lettre. Nous avons prolongé un peu nos vacances tellement nous nous sentions bien à la villa. C'est un lieu magique que nous recommandons vivement ! Des vacances sereines où nous avons été chouchoutés, mieux ce n'était pas possible ! Merci, Elisabeth, de nous avoir si bien accueillis et régalés avec les délicieux petits-déj'. Nous attendons nos prochaines vacances pour revenir !

Pros: Nous avons profité d'un séjour dans la chambre "Cordouan" : spacieuse, grand dressing, belle salle de bain... Le tout : propre, avec toutes les précautions d'hygiène nécessaires par rapport au Covid. On s'est installé en toute confiance. Un bel espace de jardin, et le plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner dans la yourte : atypique)) En plus de tout cela, des hôtes d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins. Un très agréable souvenir : à refaire, et bien sûr, nous recommandons !
