" visited Sera Lake Resort Hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The staff were great, and the service was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant had amazing food. We enjoyed also the beautiful sceneries while having breakfast or lunch. We loved the evening with a great scoop of ice cream. Overall the experience was great. "Stellar hotel, and worthy of the 5-star rating. Staff anticipated every need. They were fast, efficient, and gracious. Breakfast buffet was enormous, with a huge array of selections. Room was large and comfortable, with direct-plug outlets for USB, as well as built-in power adapters for a variety of plugs. I highly recommend this place."

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
