"The hotel is nicely situated in a quiet local neighborhood Canalside. The room had plenty of space and was well laid out and very clean. Bathroom was large and modern. The time we spent in the room was very quiet. Most staff members were pleasant and greeted us when entering and exiting the lobby. Be mindful of distance from where you are entering Venice if carrying luggage as traversing the canal bridges and their steps can be challenging. Pleasant walk to Piazza San Marco and nice to return to a quiet local neighborhood to explore and eat."

"The best thing is it’s just besides train station, just 2 minutes walk so although it’s far from Venice Island but in 30 minutes you can reach Venezia St. Lucia. The property was kept clean, spacious and breakfast was good. The hotel looks like very old and they have some old furnishings which need repair. Overall it needs some refurbishment to look like a modern hotel. They took credit card information as a security guarantee which was strange and faced first time in any hotel in Europe, even Italy but that’s fine as that might have been brought as per their bad experiences with guests in past. There are no good restaurants nearby as it’s bit far from city so need to keep this in mind while booking. Overall ambience at the hotel was good, wouldn’t say excellent but it’s good value for money if you compare with other hotels in Venice."

"This hotel is right in the centre of the action but in a side street so peaceful. Room was excellent with a double shower. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were brilliant and hotel is very clean. Would recommend for any Venice stay"

"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."
