"Once we found the correct door it was no issues at all. The ad says it all a quick stop and go. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy or 5 star. But a clean room to sleep. We checked out maybe 30 mins late. He didnt make a big fuss so he's alright with me. The air was cold. Most importantly I seen lot of reviews about water not being hot. Had me nervous about booking. That was absolutely not true. The water stayed hot!! Walking distance to beach its a grocery store up the street and a few food...

"This place is perfect for a solo traveler trying to save a bit of money but still be in a desirable area. The bed was super comfortable, a/c worked well cooling down the room and the neighborhood was quiet. I only enjoyed the patio area once for a quick cig when I woke up but I could see myself sitting there for a while if I was in an extended stay. "We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. The place was clean and we had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"I planned a girls trip with 12 women! We had plenty of space…This property was amazing! Clean and luxurious!! The house is exactly what was advertised! The owner communicated with me the entire time!! We knew exactly what to expect! I would recommend using the local concierge service….. very reasonably priced and super accommodating! The concierge arranged for transportation to and from our private boat charter…which was a fantastic experience… I highly recommend!!"

"We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels and the welcome gift (taro chips, coffee, organic gummies, and one more item that I can’t remember) was a nice touch. I would describe the neighborhood as up and coming and my high schoolers felt safe walking to Calle Loiza by themselves. The street is quiet so you would sleep well. There is also an upstairs rentals so we were thinking to rent that for our in-laws in the future. There is a beach...

"The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. "

"My sisters and I 67yr-83yrs vacationed for one month at this house in Puerto Rico. Pros - house and pool cleaned regularly Jorge responded quickly when request were made Gated community made us feel safe and secure Cons - very noisy especially at night - initially thought it was just for the New Year but it remained noisy the entire month of January (we got used to the noise so it wasn’t too bad but for sure do not expect quiet nights.)"

"Walkable, nearest store is the Super Max, the beach entrance is right across from that store. There’s 787 Coffee and other restaurants on the main road. It was cozy! A little noisy neighbors, but nothing you can’t block out with tv and ear plugs."

"This property was excellent, except for the host constantly telling us what to do. I do not recommend staying on a property with the host right next door. It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. If u like to be babysat then you should book here. But if ur grown this is not for you."

"The property and responsive management team provided everything we needed for our first family vacation as adult children! Great gated community and quiet neighborhood. The view of the ocean waves at the end of the street was definitely a highlight. Updating the toilets in both 1/2 bathrooms and the shower and toilet in the full bathroom shared by people in the 3 bedrooms would be great but didn’t take much away from our experience. We would definitely recommend it and stay again!"
