"Excellent service, good location"

"We stayed at Hotel Traiano for one night prior to our cruise. Although it is approximately a 15-minute walk from the downtown area, we found it easy to reach on foot. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the cruise port for a nominal fee, which is especially helpful when traveling with luggage. The front desk staff were efficient, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, providing a peaceful and comfortable stay."

"Hotel has late check in so this was Idea when landing 22.30 on the Civitavechia ferry from Barcelona. Staff efficient. Room was traditional Italian style. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again if coming into Civitavechia late. "

"I stayed here myself but booked a larger room for the balcony and ended up with two balconies plus an incredible view from a window. I overlooked a garden and the sea on one side and a town piazza on the other. Through the window was a view of an old castle. Despite being over a piazza, it was never loud, and if I closed the doors and window, the room was impressively quiet and blocked out any sound completely. (I kept everything open all the time...it was gorgeous!) The room was clean and a small refrigerator was provided. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. The tv had cable (not smart) and I don't speak Italian, but it had a good music channel (Kiss Kiss-158 I think.) There was a nice choice for breakfast in a charming setting. The coffee was fantastic and Nele and Nichole were friendly and helpful, despite my lack of Italian. I would definitely stay here again. The public beach was a 10 minute walk, and the marina was 5 minutes. The train station was about a 9 minute walk (with luggage) and there was a bus stop even closer. Lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity."

"In a residential area? Nothing close by. Restaurant is like a high-end seafood place, not an average hotel restaurant."

"Anne, the owner of the property was very helpful. She helped arrange our transportation from the airport to the hotel, which was flawless. The room was well maintained. You must read all the information about the property because there is NO elevator. The property is a historical property and the country will not allow one, so get your work out ready. There are places of restaurants in the area and the Port is close, but with bags, get a ride. Anne will help you for small fee. If I was heading back or recommend a place there it would be here."
